Greetings!

Please welcome our new Front Desk Attendant, Jerry Lewis. Jerry will be available to provide information on building facilities, services and tenant events. You may also contact him to request information on parking and to reserve one of the Conference Rooms.

Jerry has been an employee of Midwest Patrol & Investigative (MPI) for two years where he is a member of their Critical Incident Response Team. Jerry is also First Aid, CPR, and AED certified. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, and is a graduate of the police academy with over 15 years experience in the field of private security.

Network with your fellow commuters, exchange tips and how-to's, and get news about a new City of Madison alternative transportation incentive program. It can save you money on bus tickets and parking.

Maintenance
 


NEW ROOF
Work will begin in mid to late October to replace the roof at Network222. There will be little disruption if any to the tenants.

ENERGY SAVING TIP
Office Lights - Lighting energy consumes about 40% of all electricity used in a typical office. Make sure all lights are turned off after normal business hours and in unused areas during the business day. If you or others are working off-hours, use only the lights needed for these areas.

FARMER'S MARKET
Every Saturday 6:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
Some fresh items to shop for in October to name a "few" are apples, edible gourds, eggplant, dried flowers, flowers, french shallots, garlic, artichoke, herbs, honey, Indian corn, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuce, maple syrup, potatoes, rutabagas, wild mushrooms, winter squash and zucchini.

FIRST FRIDAYS
The Madison Museum of Contemporary Art host events with a fun monthly theme, contemporary art, and local music. Events run from 5:30 to 8:00 P.M. on the first Friday of the month. Begin your planning here with MMoCA.

MADISON BOOK FESTIVAL
October 10-14, 2007
The Wisconsin Book Festival is the state's largest literary festival, with approximately 10,000 annual attendees, and one of the largest in the nation. This unique event inspires book lovers from across the region to spend a weekend in downtown Madison.
